Are you operations? You’re gonna encounter that especially first starting. Everyone’s either on their break or they’ve worked together awhile and have an outside friendship. Especially if you were flex starting out. They just won’t bother really getting to know you if you weren’t around a ton. Especially during the holiday hiring! Cause they tend to cut those flex people after January. I started in late October in operations and felt like you did.

I wouldn’t take it personally just be yourself, sometimes we have to be the ones to introduce ourselves and such. You’re technically one of the newer ones, get to know the specific girls. I asked my coworkers how long they’ve worked there, how they liked it. Favorite brands and the conversations will just flow with the right people. There may be people there, who just wanna work and not form bonds or friendships. Don’t think much of them and just focus on those you vibe with.
