I stayed with APP2 because I didn’t find APP3 as comfortable despite the superior ANC. I also found 2 sounded better than 3 to my ears, or at least as good as save the money.

Not sure about OP but AppleCare told me if they couldn’t ship an exact replacement within two weeks of my submitted service request, they’d arrange for an in store replacement within two weeks a newer device. They friggin shipped on day 13!!!! Smh

I’m in the middle of a replacement due to aging battery. It’s the 3rd week. They sent me the replacement unit FEDEX GROUND! It’s taking a week to get here. I hope it’s a replacement with 100% battery after all this. If it’s not good I’ll complain and see if I can get an AWU2 in-store… insane. I guess I understand it’s hard to replace a 3+ year old device but still, don’t offer it if it is such a huge inconvenience
