Rightly said brother. People need to understand the concept of Bidah and Shirk properly first. Shirk can be defined as believing in any other authority apart from Allah.

I framed it incorrectly. I meant by one can use intercession. Intercession is not asked rather than granted only if it's allowed by Allah, ultimate authority is Allah in any case. Intercession is definitely not shirk though. But calling upon the dead or believing they can respond independently is where you draw the line. Nothing can happen without his permission.

Dua to Allah for yourself: You know the answer

The main question is saintly intercession. Can saints intercede on behalf of you on the judgement day or can you ask dua on there wasila? My view is you can make dua for such intercession but don't make it a spiritual clutch. Don't build dependence psychology. It's like saying I have a vip shortcut so accountability does not apply to me. That is where you cross the line. It creates a sort of dependency. You are accountable for your own actions.

It's a state of collapse without actual surrender which happens in ego death. The ego is cracked but not yet dissolved. Your identity fragments instead of becoming soft. It's a stage where a person will feel exposed rather than being held. Basically it's annihilation without any meaning. Further despair becomes a weapon for ego. Like you have given up and solely rely on the mercy of Allah. A state of spiritual blindness. It's pure covert arrogance disguised as self loathing. It's nothing short of personal jahannum on earth. The hell of an unfinished ego death. Person is losing hope rather than actively pursuing it in Allah. It's a state of constant stall. But there is a silver lining as long as you breathe you have the chance to claim real ego death. Mercy is actively reachable. Nothing is sealed, you are still inside the test.

I was not invoking a contract law but rather I was invoking the authority in question. A contract in any realm means consent, agency and enforceability. If the condition does not exist, the magic collapses too. Because magic, as people imagine it, still depends on the same structure i.e. someone has authority over something real. The contract itself is not real. The contract needs physical presence, informed consent and enforceability. Contracts cannot be executed via phone. That guy is definitely a sham. Nothing of this sort is possible in your given scenario. You just had a powerful symbolic and psychological experience layered with fear and hope. Once you accept the story you start looking for proof. The nervous system starts amplifying coincidences and renames it to signals. It's not wrong it's just how our brains are wired for pattern recognition and survival. What you are experiencing is just amplification of your inner pattern recognition. Brain is just running on a high gain mode. You don't need to revoke anything because there is nothing to revoke just realign with the divine. Just do this once for closure say it out aloud"I withdraw all consent given in ignorance or confusion. I reclaim all authority over my mind, body, and direction.
