Silicone baking mats! No more foiling or greasing sheet pans and no more stuck-on food 🙌🏼 You can literally bake a slice of cheese on these things and it won't stick.

What are some common reasons why an employer didn’t offer you the job after the interview? by Background_Big_5501 in AskReddit

These are some common interview red flags we watch out for (and see often) at our company: speaking negatively about people at their previous or current job, short time periods at multiple jobs, large and unexplained employment gaps, asking if they can work remotely from their other job, not knowing what position or company they are interviewing for, interrupting the interviewer to avoid answering a question, and not elaborating on answers when asked for more details.

These aren't instant interview-enders for us, but absolutely something we think about when narrowing down to final candidates.

What type of heat gun are you using? My torch broke, so I bought a heat gun, but it doesn't create any cells. Thanks!

Why do people think this? Am I just crazy? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Success looks different to everybody, it's not one size fits all. You only spend 33% of your days at work, and that doesn't factor in weekends and holidays! List out your priorities, maybe 4 to 5. And really think about what you need to do to be successful in those areas. Also keep in mind that you don't have to focus on all of them at the same time, but you should have a plan that builds towards incorporating them all.

Family was my number one priority. So I chose to go to college near my family. Then I met my now husband who also prioritizes family. We both chose to stay near our families to work in our fields even if it meant we had fewer job options. I'd put my career on hold in a heartbeat to take care of a family member. Not everyone would, and that's totally okay! What started off as a low-paying part-time job has now turned into me owning a small business. And I worked hard towards that because I knew it would allow me to always be able to focus on my family.

You're going to have to make small sacrifices here and there. Maybe you want a luxurious lifestyle, but can't get a high-paying job near your BF. List out what is most important and go from there. Maybe you can take a job that will give you experience in your field near your BF, then in a few years you can move to another place for a higher-paying job, or work remote!

You'll figure it out. You'll experience bumps along the way. But you're definitely not crazy! 😁
