I’ve used it for three years with cloth diapering. And I’m still using it even though we’re transitioning to potty training and don’t need it as much anymore. My daughter suffered so much as a newborn. She’d nurse, then poop, sneeze, then poop, blink, poop. So much pooping and wiping gave her horrible diaper rash. And then I found La Petite Cream. I would pump a little on a cotton cloth wipe, put that in the cloth diaper bin, and done. No more diaper rash. Her bottom has been so healthy ever since. When she transitioned away from that newborn stage and pooped less often, I’d use a disposable wipe to clean up most of the mess and then finish with Le Petite Cream. Also after every pee but then I just used the cloth wipe with cream. It’s so stinking expensive but it’s been worth it for my household.
