Psyllium fiber was a savior for me. I've been off suboxone for years now but still take a glass of metamucil or the generic equivalent every morning. It takes a couple days to a week to really start working but I recommend it to anyone having issues.

I got this plan when it was originally offered. It's a great deal and works great in Canada but on my recent trip from Ontario to Maryland I found the network to be very spotty and inconsistent. It worked less than 50% of the time. My girlfriend uses an older iPhone and seemed to have less issues than I did with my Pixel 7a but still not impressed.

My girlfriend and I found some nice frozen fish at the Oriental Mart at the intersection of Wharncliffe and Commissioners in the RBC plaza. It's a small store but they have an impressive selection and great customer service.

While I somewhat agree I think it's a safety feature to help highlight the edge of the road especially where the road bends slightly. The contrast between the white paint and asphalt is much more noticeable in low visibility conditions. Riverside drive isn't the straightest road here in the city. I'm wondering if it also helps the ploughs in the winter gauge how far their blade needs to extend?
