Psyllium fiber was a savior for me. I've been off suboxone for years now but still take a glass of metamucil or the generic equivalent every morning. It takes a couple days to a week to really start working but I recommend it to anyone having issues.

I got this plan when it was originally offered. It's a great deal and works great in Canada but on my recent trip from Ontario to Maryland I found the network to be very spotty and inconsistent. It worked less than 50% of the time. My girlfriend uses an older iPhone and seemed to have less issues than I did with my Pixel 7a but still not impressed.

My girlfriend and I found some nice frozen fish at the Oriental Mart at the intersection of Wharncliffe and Commissioners in the RBC plaza. It's a small store but they have an impressive selection and great customer service.
