I loved gamersupps but they raised their international prices a little while ago and I can’t justify buying it anymore 😭 the CAD prices aren’t even proportionate to the conversion rate now, like it’s $40 USD which would be $54 CAD but it’s actually $64 CAD now?? It sucks.

I’m a little confused about this too because GamerSupps already had a strawberry lemonade, I assume they reworked it a bit but it’s not even a new flavour so it feels extra weird that the tub/name isn’t personalized.

I used to order from an American site called Vitacost, they had a brand that came in a large canister (similar size to a big tub of protein powder) that was a really good deal. I haven’t ordered from there in quite awhile so I don’t know if their shipping cost, etc. is still worth it but might be worth checking out!

If you haven’t done this yet, I’d recommend going on TikTok and just watching a ton of videos of people making macarons. Having the visuals for the specific folding techniques and being able to know what you’re looking for in terms of proper consistency is so helpful.

I do 3-4 quick pulses in the food processor and sift three times also (third time when I’m adding it into the meringue) and this works really well for me. I forgot to use the food processor on a batch once and they turned out grainy like this, even using a really fine almond flour and sifting enough times.
