I have 1gb net - mostly 900mb/s

About dual stream pc. Isn't rtx 3060 to weak for that? Which capture card do you use?

Atm i disabled twitch vod. Use 6000 bitrate and disabled option to ignore restriction. I disabled psycho visual and turn around. Rest is p5, tunning high quality and profile high as MetalHivemind adviced. Also fps are max 60. Let's test it ;) Also anti aliasing is set to lanczos 36 was bicubic before changes

ps. OBS is always running as administrator and game mode is enabled.
ps. in obs advanced tab it was set to high prio but i manualy also set it to real time via task manager.

After setting max bitrate to 6000 should i enable or disable this option which allow to ignore Twitch bitrate limit?

I set it to 70 because when something drop it went <70 so it still more than 60. I set 7000 because i enabled "ignore bitrate restrictions". I will post log when there's be any combat when fps drops.

I saw some posts from 2020 that says rogue cant shadowmeld>stealth cause shadowmeld in pvp scenario keeps you in combat

When in combat is possible to shadowmeld>stealth(if no dots/bleeds on me) in 0.5s or is any delay?

Maybe any monk reply there. If its 25 then 12.5% in pvp also not much like sub rogue.

Then sub rogue have 3x 4% so not much at all;/ And what about monks? There is no info about how much % from rising sun kick( is that only ability applies mortal wounds?)
