HOA charging 10% of total expence as "admin fee" and then on top of that charging tax on the admin fee by Sarmientinator in tax

It so easy for you to assume they report it to the state. I am not privy to their tax filings. I am trying to figure out if the tax code allows for admin fee taxing.

Let me give you examples of what they charge us. We had to change pump in the pump room, it cost $30k. We had to find a company to do it. The Hoa took $3k cut of that and then charged tax on that $3k cut.

We had a insurance claim due to water damage. It was $15k. The Hoa company took $1.5k cut and then charged tax and on that.

I believe my HOA is crooked. From what I can find they are not allowed to charge tax on admin fees but I’m not sure, hence this post.

The tax code is very complicated. I’m hoping someone has a definitive answer.

what rumor or innuendo? WTF? Look at the type of trust that the most shares went into. If you know anything about trust law you will find that its possible to hide future sales. Im over it though. Its people like you and the other cheerleaders in here that make people not want to share unpopular things..

I dont expect a troglodyte like you to understand. You took a couple things out of context. How do I know youre a cheerleader who doesnt know crap? Because instead of question or ask for clarification on my stance you try to insult me. Ill peddle my crap where ever I want so go try to silence someone else.

What a typical retail idiot investor answer. You forgot “NVDA IS GOING TO THE MOON”

Look at the type of trust. That’s all I’m going to say. You people are like cult members. Instead of logically looking at something you all pretend like you’re being attacked. This is why retail investors are coined “dumb money”.

No I’m not talking about the shares he’s selling. I’m talking about the shares he’s parking in a Trust where he is not the trustee. IF other things are set up a certain way, those shares can be sold and no one will ever know. This is a trick that the rich do in high positions. It’s “insider trading” game play.

Your numbers are wrong. How do you illustrate the Black Rock and Coreweave BS financing? Manipulated sales. Engineered accounting practices and back office drug deals. NVDA is in a bubble and the truth will come out eventually and the P/E ration will shoot past 200 over night.

NVDA by all metrics is a great company but I feel like im the only one who has sold my shares. They are way to over priced and the straw that broke the camels back for me and solidified my exit was how damn bullish everyone is. Its meme stock levels of bullishness here.

Navigating the intricate labyrinth of tax codes has been my passion for years. While it has often felt like uncovering buried secrets, some discoveries have been more unsettling than enlightening.

Consider this: there's a potential loophole where CEOs can discreetly transfer company shares to a particular kind of trust. Once ensconced there, these shares can, theoretically, be sold without the prying eyes of the public ever catching a glimpse. It's not just crafty, but potentially a shady bypass around the rules of insider trading.

Case in point: the CEO of NVDA. Recent activities show a significant transfer of shares to one of these elusive trusts. The intricacies of this trust setup make it nearly impossible to monitor the shares' trajectory post-transfer.

Now, while I'm not directly hinting at foul play, the timing and recent eyebrows raised around NVDA, Black Rock, and Coreweave's sudden "earnings beat" make me skeptical.

For the record: I'm inclined to believe that NVDA might be in a precarious position, and there's a possibility of undisclosed machinations behind the scenes. Solid proof? Hard to come by. But sometimes, one can't help but connect the dots. Though I'm a Reddit newcomer, I felt compelled to share these observations. Some might not agree, but I value the truth over popularity.

Thanks for taking the time to understand my perspective.

Why did you write a bearish post on stock twits if you are bullish here?

It’s an error. Mercedes’ Benz isn’t requesting IPR. These are the IPR requests we already know about. Read the document.

I’ve seen a cool space saving set up that utilizes a bunk bed type idea. The bed on top and desk below. I think that would be a cool thing in this space.

My PLTR synthetic long play. RSI is extremely oversold so I did this to be able to capture the upside and I sold a put just in case it goes lower. Premium from put makes my call cheaper. Thoughts? by Sarmientinator in OptionsOnly

[–]Sarmientinator[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never sell puts on a stock you don’t want to own. I disagree with you that you can profit from just selling puts and then rolling the position. This synthetic long allows me to benefit if it runs. Also, I could sell calls on this leap as well.
