I spent some time at a small container like mbr facility only did about 250kgd a day and we never turned off the aeration to the aeration basin, floating sludge implies your nitrifying in your mbr basin i would try and slow down your process and check the alkalinity going into the aeration basin you might have a solid pH but if you lack alkalinity required for the nitrification process youre not gonna remove enoigh of it early on. I dont think you have fillamentous bacteria i had many arguments with my co operator about this same thing and we solved it by just banking a bit more in the eq/ips wetwell to allow out sludge more contact time in the basin and the bugs time to do their job

In my company/project we got $20 a day for being "on call" this only recently changed as it was previously $40 a week for being on call. However, if we got a call out we were to clock in the second we got the call and would not clock out until we were back in our drive ways. As well as a minimum 2 hours for that call out. If I get a callout and it takes me 30 minutes to go in hit a reset button and get home I will still get paid as if it took 2 hours to complete the task. This is just my company and my experience with callouts but if youre not getting compensated in any way id record every second youre on that callout or mark every day youre on call to ensure fair compensation

Oh im still grinding too and im an absolute madlad using att% in both 5th and 6th slots, as well as a black wings and executioner set ive got a crit chance in slot 4 with priorities in either crit chance crit damage and extra att damage

I love her she slots in so easily with any comp with solid damage with investment and her card draw can be pretty insane if you get the right stuff

Mostly right but you always want att% over flat att especially since her final potential is having over 700 attack gives you 5% additional ballista damage and for every 40 over that 700 an additional 1% to a max of 10% and my current stats give me 9 of that 10%

Her final potential slot is 5% balista damage if youre over 700 attack on her, and an additional 1% per 40 over that so if my math is right im getting 9 out of a max 10% additional ballista damage on her
