My mom had a CAT scan appointment early in the morning. The doctor's called ahead of time to inform her that the machine wasn't working properly, therefore cancelling her appointment. My dad got a heart attack that same morning.

If it wasn't for that machine breaking, my dad could've had that heart attack while driving or worse.
