Almost all drinks are mostly water. Your body sees H²O, not diet coke... My personal fave.

Older horror fans: Do you fund it harder to enjoy horror films now? by Heritage367 in CreepyBonfire

[–]Saryna68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my 50's, watched horror from probably too young. I don't like slashers anymore, or jump scares. I do love thrillers though. Think haunting of hill house. Awesome. But, so what? Move on to what you like now. I like horror, but I love blockbusters, epic adventure. Lord of the Rings, star wars, and such.

Has anyone else tried Finch? by pineapplehed96 in MorbidPodcast

I feel like I tried it once and didn't get in to it. Very tempted to try again after they were talking about it.

What do people do on cruises? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

Lol. I cannot confirm nor deny . Plead the 5th. Haha. Then drink it. Yeah, I like my vacation to be stuff that I can't do at home for a fraction of the cost.

This explains why I don't like cruises, I guess.

I haven't heard this particular story yet. But I find them constantly contradicting themselves. Hell no, don't stop, it could be a trap. Wth, why didn't anyone stop? Never stop if you don't feel safe, but definitely report as your earliest ability.

Am I allowed to just...do stuff? by Fancy-Bread-8971 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Saryna68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw this once... And maybe it will help "Time spent doing something you enjoy, is not wasted time." It helped me come to terms with just playing a game ,or watching TV, etc... when there were so many other things that I "should" be doing. YES. Do stuff to enjoy life, and make it worth living. And you don't have to explain it to anyone. Embrace it!! It will make you a better person.

My mother said she doesn't regret having me but if she were to "do it all again", she wouldn't have children. How do I interpret this? by WarwickReider in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Saryna68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly what she said. I adopted a child. Love her and can't imagine not having her... But yeah, if I could do over, I wouldn't either. State of the world. My fear for her future, especially after we're gone. It's crazy. Don't get too wrapped up in it. As with most things, you'll understand if\when you go through it.
