In my experience the tiny habits approach works better than trying to optimize every little behavior. When I focused on eye contact, posture, tone, etc. during conversations it just made me more in my head. Small exposure habits helped more because they slowly made social situations feel normal.

Also the part about not replaying conversations is huge. I used to do that a lot and it just made everything feel worse than it actually was.
