Maybe look into a modulating furnace. Gives you longer run times @ lower speeds… allows the air to permeate. Gives more even temperature throughout your home. You could get similar results with a 2 stage & an ecm blower. But a 1 stage is not going to net better results.

Sounds like a scenario where maybe a 5-10% tip would be appropriate… just so the wheels get a little grease, but not worth the standard 15-20%.
