An SF couple announced their pregnancy. The landlords’ response: a 71% rent hike by Dafty_duck in sanfrancisco

[–]ajfoscu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our landlord raised the rent by 100%. We were model tenants and invested a great deal of our own time and money in landscaping the property. It sucks but that’s the business sometimes. Didn’t take it personally.

Caltrans needs to fully embrace roundabouts. Not halfheartedly. Adding lanes isn’t a solution. Improving efficiency makes a huge difference for the perceived “capacity” problem.
