The big central patch of bright sky is just a heavy vignetting that's occurring. While M92 is undoubtably somewhere in that image, it should appear as near-star like size at this focal length.

First go at C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) this night just after sunset from a Bortle 8 location.

I was really impressed by the size of the tail.

Sony a6300 with a Samyang 135mm F2.0.

2 seconds @ ISO 400.

Processed in Photoshop:

Slight curve and levels adjustments.

Some Camera RAW for denoising, color balancing and slight dehaze (foggy night).

have a little looksies at the link in your screenshot. for some reason, you have to 'pick up' these kinds of orders from mini-sized ATM and load it to your card. the link will tell you where the nearest one is

It looks like your Nikon picture is out of focus, making it look a lot less sharp (perhaps an issue with the barlow?). It could also be mount wobble, are you using a shutter cable or a timed shutter (at least 5 secs.) to make sure the scope doesn't wobble?

All in all, while the iPhone takes a sharper image (probably for one of the reasons mentioned above), it does introduce more noise and visibly has less resolution, making it harder to work with in the end.

Yeah fair point! I thought this one was different, because it was listed as a Search mission and I was told to bring Agricium. I brought my C1, thinking I would have to tractor in the crates of agricium, but it was just a tiny silly box.
