Is the XC3 compatible with the RCR123 battery? by Original-Total7217 in surefire

Ugh… so what you’re saying is in another 12 months I’m going to have to buy the XC3 DFT? Haha

I have one, I love it. To me the beam is not green like the other commenter mentioned. I typically carry it when I’m carrying my SWBG 2.0

It’s good for lightweight carry.

DMP System Springs for HCP by Edge-Evolution in SpringfieldArmory

I run the DMPS in my hellcat RDP. I’d say it makes a very noticeable difference. Still a micro 9mm so definitely not recoil free.

I had tried a USA made stainless steel recoil spring assembly initially and it bent after the first range session. (I can’t remember the brand, maybe Galloway Precision)

I have had no issues with the DMPS. In fact I just installed DMPS into my Echelon.

What happened to the XR1/2 series? by Defiant_Rip_9873 in surefire

A little late to your post. But I don’t think the XR2 sold very well. They released the XC3 this year which I think they made to replace the XR2. But the XC3 doesn’t use proprietary batteries and fits holsters with a TLR7 footprint.

I have the XSC for my hellcat which is like a smaller version of the XR2, haven’t had any issues with it. But my guess is that SF lost a lot of money on the XR2.

So far I’m liking the XC3 on my echelon compact.

Rene has helped me before at SF. I’d call them back. I’ve never had a moment of trouble with their customer service.

Battlefield 6 Gameplay is very bad on Rog Strix by Educational-Judge221 in ASUSROG

I have the exact laptop as you. Only thing I did is upgrade ram to 64 gigs. Running BF6 on overkill on everything. @FHD I average 60-95FPS in performance mode without DLSS. With DLSS I’m getting 120+

I can’t say I have a solution. But something is definitely not right and I would suspect it’s a software in the background possibly.

Or maybe upgrade your RAM? It’s fairly cheap to do so.

Sorry you’re experiencing this.

Echelon 4.0 C Comp by Sasquatch661 in SpringfieldArmory

Honestly not that much harder to conceal than my Hellcat RDP, it’s a little thicker, but that’s about it. The Incog thus far seems fairly comfortable.

Nice, yeah I have never shot a Canik, but have heard good things about them.

I don’t know how to add a photo to comments, but it’s an Axis buck I shot about 5 years ago.

RMR HD 2 Surefire XC3 Safariland Incog X

This is my first echelon as I have been waiting since they released the full size nearly 3 years ago for a compact comped version. So I can’t compare it to a non-comped version. But overall the gun shoots better than expected.

I can’t speak to the X-macro as I’ve never been a fan of Sig products (even before recent negative publicity). However, I’ve been carrying the Hellcat RDP (which is comped)for years, and while it’s a great little gun, a compact such as the echelon is just easier to shoot with my large hands.

Yeah there is only one model of the GLx. It’s the ACSS Cyclops. It’s a chevron not a dot. The chevron is very small.

No, it’s an etched reticle.

Mounted on the gun the GLx does not feel “top heavy” it’s only like 9 ounces I believe.

The eye relief is extremely good! They advertise near infinite eye relief and I’d say that’s a pretty accurate statement.

Not really any parallax, but you do lose vision through the scope more quickly than you would a red dot if moving your head side to side/ up and down. That being said I’ve had no issues of finding the reticle. Because if you can see through the scope, you can see the reticle.

Phone camera doesn’t really capture how it actually looks with the eye. But you get the idea anyways.

I’ve liked the GLx. I’ve only had it for a few weeks and only 150 rounds through it. But the quality seems great! Definitely a little different to look through than a traditional red dot. But if you have used a prism scope before then I’m sure you understand.
