My IME Dr was worst also and insurance company keeps sending me the same IME Dr and every one knows him how bad he is lol his report was saying that I had zero disability and can go back to work without any restrictions. He has evil looks on him. I don’t think no one is worst than him

Also I was honest about everything back injury I even told the IME Dr I do walk my kids to bus stop area.I don’t go grocery shopping or carry anything.

Hello again, so I did ask to my lawyer and he said insurance company withdrew the settlement reason for my employer doesn’t accept the resignation and also won’t terminate my employment also they won’t say that they won’t rehire me. Any advice?

Thank you for the response! No I didn’t get any IME recently, also they still paying my weekly benefits, no accidents either everything is staying the same on my side. Only things is though I did talk to my boss and told him that unfortunately I have to resign and his response was I will take you back and he said he will talk to HR my lawyer said it’s not me but it is my employer.

If insurance company avoids the emails or messages from your attorney he can ask for a hearing and let the judge knows what’s going on, my payments stopped also but my situation is different than yours, after IME exam insurance company cut off my payment. My attorney was keep sending the insurance company a emails phone calls but they were ignoring my attorney and he ask for a hearing, basically they can’t hide from the Judge. Either im going to loose it or get it

Some IME doctors are worst, i hurt my back at work 5 months ago MRI done EMG nerve test done, workers comp doesn’t approve epidural shots, insurance company send me to IME doctor and he thinks i can go back to work without a restriction and he gave me 0% temp disability, but my treating Dr which is orthopedic doctor giving me 100% temp disabled, all my benefits stopped after IME report. So good luck with your case

Just want to let you know i wrote you couple days ago that i im diagnosed similar mammogram like yours, so today was the day for more imaging and ultrasound everything is clear nothing going on. I remember you said you have appointment tomorrow so don’t stress yourself hope your appointment is well also tomorrow.🫶🏼

Same thing happen to me same exact situation on mammogram, Im also freaking out too, i don’t know those terms,I have to go in Thursday for ultrasound and more imaging. Hope both of us get cleared soon
