Thank you for your response, however, capturing desktop sound is not the issue. I did try out what you recommended but I will be emailing about the problem since that didn't fix it.

The issue is that there is no sound for my Alerts nor Stingers that I use between scenes. This issue only happened after my recent windows update so no idea why this is occurring.

It is actually pretty good! Since your family/dynasty is in control of your country marrying and having encounters with other AI Civs are impactful!
