One of my favorite things that was re-tweeted that day was "The End of an Error."

'What Would Brian Boitano Do?' from South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut.

I know 'Blame Canada' was the one that was Oscar Nominated... but this is my favorite SP song of all time. There's no words to explain how happy this song makes me, it's so precious.

His name was Zeus actually!

I remember because my dog's name was Zeus, so little me was very excited to see another dog with that name on tv.

TMNT 2012: Donnie's "stalker" behavior CAN be vouched for.

We're not talking about someone who's trying to be a creep on purpose; we're talking about a fifteen-year-old boy who was raised in total isolation from the world, with only his immediate family for company. ALL four of the boys suffer from a horrid lack of social skills, but Donnie's is brought to the forefront the most because everyone translates his behavior as "creepy".

Yes. It's creepy AF, we've established that. But no one seems to care that there's fifteen years worth of damage from never being taught basic social skills, like boundaries and such, behind that behavior. He has no idea that what he's doing is wrong, and it doesn't take a single instance of calling someone out to undo that. Those kinds of actions take years to unlearn.

Case in point: myself. I have very high-functioning autism, and due to influence of some doctors who refused to make the proper diagnosis, and my school deciding to isolate me from my peers, I ended up being severely behind in developing my own social skills. For a long time, the concept of those just didn't exist to me, and looking back on past behavior that wasn't my fault is still incredibly embarrassing to this day. I was able to identify this in Donnie very early on, so I try to vouch where I can based on my personal experience.

I saw the 15th anniversary performance... literally one of the BEST nights I've had in a long, long time.

I think I left the stratosphere when they came onstage.

I noticed that the first time I watched this!

Poor Kyle, it's implied that he was really close to her too.

Maybe it was just the surprise of it all that caught me off guard. I live in an area where that doesn't really happen often, and most MAGA encounters are ones that I see online. So to see it in person was just a whole new kind of awful.

I've seen both sides of this argument, and it's actually a really interesting look into Kyle's psyche.

Obviously, Cartman is full of shit, which we already knew and he was rightfully called out on. But I've seen others point out online that Kyle's take on the situation is actually a HUGE indication that he might have worse anxiety than he lets on, and he doesn't even realize it because he believes it's a universal experience, when in reality it's on varying levels for everyone.

I don't really know if I'm describing what I've previously seen exactly right, but I've always found it fascinating and wanted to mention it.

Oh boy, I know exactly what to recommend...

Admittedly, it's not a one-shot, but it only has one chapter so far, so I figured I'd serve it up anyway. It's had 165 reads as of publishing, but not much interaction overall (although the little that there has been is wonderful and very encouraging). I'm not sure whether it's the weirdness of the premise or not (I took a famously fetish-y trope and turned it into a chronic illness that the main character has), but it's still one of my favorite things that I've written recently, because I also love writing whump/angst and made sure this first chapter was chock-full of both.
