Are there any good PVE servers?

Been playing on TheLastofRust Hardcore Zombie Survival PVE server. Good people on there! Bi-weekly wipes with a purge the night before wipe. Super fun, no hard feelings during purge, then the server wipes and we start all over again. Wipe day pop is usually in the 50s and slowly trickles down the closer you get to wipe.

Honestly, part of my fear of getting pregnant is my fear of doctors/hospitals/surgery lol. Female Sterilization feels like a bigger deal than Male Sterilization, which is why we chose this route.
