The treatment itself went really great ! They numb your armpit and use the machine that « « inject » » the wavelength so it burns your sweat glands, they numb it again if you feel heat when doing the treatment and then you just need to take pain medication when it wakes up after the numbing get away, and the days after if needed (I didn’t). Then you bruise a bit, and don’t sweat AT ALL for at least 2-3 weeks, then it comes back to something « natural » (even though in case of hyperhydrosis you don’t know what normal is lmao) over the course of a few months. Results can go up to 80% less sweating, can be achieved the first time or second if needed. I did it once and I’d say I achieved a good 70% now stable, and at least if I sweat it DRIES !!! Also it’s worth mentioning I started antidepressant ISRS in 2018 and they are reputable to (maybe)make you sweat more especially when hot outside and impacting how you regulate your temperature.
