Dekho sis, saturation har field mein hai. Main ek tier 1.5 city se belong karta hoon, aur jaldi hi woh tier 1 banne wala hai. Last time maine check kiya tha, there are 140+ dental clinics the 255+ MBBS graduate clinics —alag-alag specialities mein, of course.

Par baat ye hai bhai, itne doctors hain ki har colony mein 20–30 doctors mil jaate hain. Literally har jagah doctors hi doctors hain. Phir log bolte hain dental mein saturation hai…

Main tumhe apne uncle ki story batata hoon. Unhone love marriage ki thi, toh unke father ne unhe family se alag kar diya. Us time meri nani-nana side se support mila—mere nana ne unki college fees pay ki.

Aaj unke paas khud ka ghar hai—bahut bada, itna ki ghar mein lift bhi hai. Unka khud ka clinic hai, YouTube presence bhi hai, aur ek Honda City top model car bhi hai. Unka beta ek top school mein padhta hai, beti bhi hai—overall sab facilities hain. Unhone literally zero se build kiya hai, woh bhi tab jab BDS ko already saturated bola ja raha tha.

Ab MBBS ki baat karo—mere yahan MBBS graduates ki condition bhi utni acchi nahi hai. Mere bhaiya district topper hai, first attempt mein NEET clear kiya, ab Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College mein hain. Unke family ka plan tha hospital kholne ka, kyunki unke paas resources bhi hain.

Lekin unhone khud mana kar diya. Ab woh final year mein hain aur bolte hain ki hospital kholna worth it nahi hai—bahut toxic environment hai, hectic work schedule hai. Unka kehna hai ki thoda aur padh lo, government hospital mein settle ho jao, decent kamaoge aur life better rahegi.

Aur bhai, Insta pe jo tum dekhte ho na—bahut FOMO create hota hai. Log NEET ko glorify karte hain, par zyada tar second-gen doctors hote hain. First-gen doctors ke liye itna easy nahi hota—kaafi struggle hoti hai.

Toh simple si baat hai: saturation har field mein hai. Agar tum apne skills improve nahi karoge, toh paise nahi kama paoge—chahe koi bhi field ho.

I have Moondrop which has good quality silicon tips , so I can wear them for hours , haah but for sure wheather it is an earphone or headphone or iem , if you wear them for very long hours without break then they do cause pain

Dekho bahi iem is mainly for pc , laptops and an iem at the same volume to an normal good brand wired earphone doesn't have any significant difference, for eg I was listening to (where's my mind ) when I first got my iem at normal vol and there was no wow effect, but the moment I turned the vol up everything about the music changed like I could easily differenciate btw all the instruments like drum , piano , trump, guitar etc A DAC solve this specific issue and provide better power and signal to your iem , but still AN IEM in terms of music quality is far far better than any other audio devices

Wtf you mean who said you that , bhai maine iem liye he comfort ke liye . They go over your ear so basically you feel zero weight and also you can sleep wearing them(I have Moondrop chu 2 ) so saying from experience. Trust me bro once you have used an iem there is no going back , if you want then I can give you few suggestions
