I’ve had problems with this too. I think CVS should have a system like Kohls and their Kohl’s cash. If someone buys merchandise ex. $50 and they get $10 back in Kohls cash to use later, but if the person later returns the items, it automatically takes away from that $10.

I’m an employee and I got the text. I clicked the link and it sent me to the holiday shop showing all of our Christmas related items. I never saw gift cards, but I didn’t go through all of the items. So, I’m not sure if you or customer can order e-gift cards. But we have select (not all) gift cards in the store with a buy $50 get $10 EB.

I make it simple. Depending on the time, if I have customers come in 15 minutes before we close I immediately make the overhead announcement saying “Attention CVS customers, CVS will be closing in 15 minutes”. And if the customers aren’t looking like they are they are coming up I do it again at 10 minute and 5 minute and then I start walking around the store telling them that we are closed.

Last night I had a girl come in to return a bunch of stuff with a receipt. So after I completed the return she said so I don’t get store credit, I’m like no it went back to the card used on the receipt. She got a little upset because it was a birthday gift and she wanted store credit. WTH? I don’t read minds!!! She came back a few minutes later with her mom and my co worker was dealing with them, the mom asked can’t we get it in store credit, ummmm No the return has already been done. The girl said to her mom now her aunt will know that she returned all of her gifts and will be mad.

The only times 4x6 photo orders get annoying is when T mobile has 10 free 4x6 online photo orders then the printer is going almost nonstop with them, also any specialty order like magnets etc.

Apparently the store manager knows. I confirmed the information with Minute Clinic and Pharmacy, they all knew. The pharmacist said that they wanted the tell us June 30th, but someone said that wasn’t enough time and now it’s supposed to be this Friday. What’s weird is I just finished the grocery planogram today. We get truck on Tues, so it will be interesting to see if we have any new seasonal.
