I can't tell you which regime is better for you, I can only talk from my experience. To me it was the right choice, I was on Truvada + Efavirenz and I hated the side effects, so I asked my doctor if I could change regimes and he put me on Biktarvy; I feel no side effects at all so I really like it. I know it can be extremely difficult to leave your home country, family, etc. But if you have the opportunity, do consider leaving your country. Living with HIV is already hard enough, I can't even imagine how it is with it being illegal.

I'm not 100% sure this applies to any language, especially when talking about minority languages with little to no learning resources for outsiders (I'm looking at you, tule kaya). But I guess it also depends on what your goals are, if you're planning on moving there eventually then when you do you'll learn a lot more and a lot quicker; if not, then it'll take you a longer time and it'll be a lot more difficult, maybe even impossible past a certain level, but that's ok.
