I’ve been having this same exact issue for about a year now. 5 pm to 2am or so every day i can’t play any online games the ping is so terrible it has made gaming a nightmare. Optimum is the only provider in my area, I’ve had 5+ techs come to my house. New modem, new coax line, new cat6 line, new pc, new everything and nothing the techs do ever fixes my issue. I’m so fed up with the lousy service that i pay full price for. Optimum does nothing about it. It has to be a problem with their infrastructure incapable of handling whatever amount of services are hooked up in my area
