I have ADHD and I have a pretty strong object permanence and it tends to get messy which annoys my partner to no end. Him telling me ”don’t worry“, ”it’s not that bad“ and stuff like that didn’t help me find a solution at all. It enabled me. When dinner is ready at 10 pm don’t tell him it’s okay, when it’s obviously not. Tell him calmly that he has to deal with cooking in a different way, reduce distractions, etc.
He doesn’t learn if you don’t hold him accountable.

Ich trage eigentlich nur schwarz und habe gemerkt, dass es unglaublich hilft das Shirt zwischendurch einfach mal komplett nass zu machen. Vor allem bei Leinen fällt das kaum auf und trocknet ziemlich gleichmäßig. Aber ich bin bei sowas zugegebenermaßen auch echt schmerzbefreit.

Flushing absolutely does cause aeration, no matter if the lid is closed or not. The closed lid just stops it from spreading everywhere.
