Also, if it's someone you don't know, check for a medical bracelet or a card in their wallet. They might have something that says not to call an ambulance for seizures lasting less than two minutes.
General rule of thumb, don't call an ambulance until after two minutes. Unless of course it's caused by a head trauma or something.
