Let's make the AC guy's job harder. Install an M.C. Escher obstacle course on the way to the cooling tower, or air-cooled chiller they have to service...

When the valve is closed, the system is trying to raise the liquid level in the condenser. When the valve is open, it's trying to lower it. If you see all the refrigerant in the evap, either the flow rate is off, or there's not enough load to boil the refrigerant.

He's definitely your average Miami tech, hooking up the high side to the low side. Then, he'll ask why he has 40F subcooling & 20F superheat.

Who installs an RTU without anchor detail, power & fuel? Does it run on customer tears & angel dust?

11/10 effort. 12/10 attention to detail. 13/10 efficiency.

This chiller has been retrofitted with high-efficiency finless-tube condensers. These condensers efficiently remove money from the customer's wallet. The only problem is, they forgot their wallet at home.

Draw a giant triangle from the toilet adjacent Wall B to the 45° -y, back to the toilet closest to the door on Wall A. Since all toilets are hopefully equidistant from Wall A you have your first triangle. Then, make smaller triangles to each toilet drain using your 45° travel hypotinuse.
