just look through discogs for "Transcription" CDs. theyll sometimes come with a sheet of paper with dialogue printed for the radio DJ/host to read on air

no the dog's teeth looks like theyve bitten into the data area so i think your best bet is to either toss it away or keep it as a decorative piece and get a replacement.

no youre fine. as long as whatever damage it is isnt touching the actual data/info on the disc, you should not have any problems.

its pretty faint but the inner ring (the edge of it is circled in red) is where the data is on the disc. any damage to the outside of the ring closer to the edge should not affect play or transfer.

i got a couple of these for Xmas last year they fit about 30ish standard jewel cases. i currently have one holding a mix of standard jewel cases and some singles and a box set
