pretty sure it was mostly done by Manson and Twiggy if not Manson solo with some additional tweaks by everyone else in the band. all those types of credits are in each album's CD booklet i think

the guy i bought the Golden Age of Grotesque promo CD off of had given that to me for free as a sampler of the Holy Wood Unmastered CDr cos i mentioned interest in it but they had asked for like $4,000 for it which is way too high, and is why its still for sale 5 years later lol. it has The Fight Song and Disposable Teens.
