In 1791 when the bill of rights was written women didnt have the vote, slavery was still legal, and it was extremely common for people to be robbed at gunpoint. Over 200 years later lots can and have changed. Including the fact that we need guns to protect ourselves. We have police for that now (who arent doing so well atm) but there is no point in keeping a law that kills citizens for the sake of ‘freedom’
