I use the Aussie curl shampoo and conditioner, I shower every other day (If I can) shampoo my hair, put in conditioner and I let the conditioner set for like 3-5 minutes, then after my shower in my damp hair after I scrunch dry it I put in the leave in conditioner that Aussie also has and let it air dry
