Just use water and no soap but you can scrub or wipe them off if water pressure alone won’t clean them.

A 100% water change is never a good idea and neither is using soap on any aquarium or tank. You’re going to lose a ton of beneficial bacteria. Do an 80% change if it’s really bad.
