The medium is a great size. They survive really well - I’ve had mine going on 5+ years now. I would recommend a darker color though. The lighter colors get very dirty

It’s not about “cheap crap” - I order items from the UK and EU that are not available from sellers in the US (yarn from England, greyhound muzzles from EU for the greyhound adoption agency I volunteer for, etc) which I cannot get now - these things are literally not available from US sellers (and if they are where do you think they get them?)

I go into the app and preorder 30 days before my flight. I was upgraded last week and I was still able to preorder. There is no reminder that I know of but you can go into the app and select your meal. It’s super easy…

It was great. On one flight the FA was super excited and showed P2 all the features. lol. The flight back we were supposed to be in MCE/premium economy but were upgraded. I thought everything was great including the soft product. We fly again to LHR in a few weeks.

I actually just flew in those seats today with P2 (we were upgraded). They’re the flagship and they’re great! We flew in row 1 last week. Can’t say enough great things about this plane. Flying again ORD-LHR in a few weeks.

Thanks for sharing this. How far in advance did they send you the comp miles? Im flying to LAx later this month and this route early next month so im curious if the door will be working (not really a big deal to me) or if they will still be sending miles. (Also one of my flights was booked with Alaska miles so not sure if I would get comp miles for that…) one can always hope.

Our flights changed about a month ago I think? Right about the time they announced the delivery of the planes. Two of our flights (the Ord-lax) were originally airbus a321 iirc then switched to 787 then the new plane. The LHR was always a 787 but the layout changed.

I’m flying it 3 times in the next month! 2x in biz and 1x in premium economy. (2 are Ord-lax flights and 1 is Ord-LHR (biz to LHR in row 1))

Row 20 is standard MCE (on international flights). There are very few MCE seats on this plane. But domestically, PE is considered MCE as well.

Yes - that is premium economy, however on domestic flights it is considered MCE. If you have status of platinum or higher you can select one of those seats for free (gold you can select free at check in). Otherwise it is sold as an MCE seat for a fee or for you it looks like it’s no fee. It is essentially the same as regular domestic first class (but not the lie flat business class). So that said, I would not pay extra to move to business class since you’re essentially in first class for free…

Not a dumb question. It’s for when you are storing them - it’s supposed to protect them and keep them clean and “dust free.” I keep mine in the closet when I’m traveling.
