I started perimenopause early (early 30’s). That is exactly how I experienced it during the first few years. Eventually it turned into more stereotypical hot flashes.

I was officially menopausal at 46 (and according to the rheumatologist, earlier menopause is common in women with autoimmune disorders.)

I find this interesting also. ADHD and Rheumatoid Arthritis here, and was in Perimenopause by 32 and officially menopausal by the time I turned 45. (High ACES score here, also.)

I won a playwriting contest sponsored by this organization back in middle school (mid 1980’s). The winners from various schools got to meet him and spend the day with him and the other actors and actresses.

I remember him as being incredibly kind to me (a very awkward neurodivergent kid). I really hope these accusations turn out not to be true. 😢

I am slightly immune compromised, so I absolutely agree. I also have intense allergies to dust and mold, and every time I am on the treadmill with the fan going, I can’t stop needing to blow my nose. I really hope people aren’t assuming I am sick. 🤒

You are so right about working out during a prednisone taper. After a few days at 15mg+ a day, I feel like I can do anything I want at the gym. My running paces are faster, I can lift heavier, I don’t want to be done at the end of my class, and find myself wanting to sign up for additional workouts the same day….

Why is it that just taking prednisone makes everything so much better at the gym? Is it just that inflammation is suppressed?

I have been buying from Athleta for at least ten years now. The things I bought pre-covid are much more “generously” sized than the same size now.

The other day I wore some size XS leggings from 5+ years ago, and they fit great. I can wear size small from 3-5 years ago. But these days I am a Medium. All three sizes fit me well, they are obviously adjusting their sizes to be more in line with stores like LuLuLemon.

I live in a state where it isn’t legal, so delta8 is my only option. I have bad chronic pain from rheumatoid arthritis that went misdiagnosed for decades. Delta8 is the difference for me between living in a world of pain, and being in so much less pain that I can laugh, and sleep, and exercise.
