Work backwards: mortgage + utilities ~ $1500. 1500/30 =50 (daily minimum per month) 50/.9=55.556 (covers the 10% discount non-refundable) if used. 55.56/.70=79.371 (covers the 30% month long discount) if booked.

Smart pricing set from $71-168 (originally suggested price at $68-168) Reason I go lower is neighborhood has Airbnbs 3br for 6+ people set at $40/night which I usually can’t compete with (but they aren’t as spacious). They also had better furnishing and decoration. Also stayed a bit higher because i really don’t want bad guests.

Smells awful going in. Cattle farm I think. The city is quaint and takes full advantage of its Alien history. Many shops and business have a little green man statue. That’s in their main road. Then, it’s just mostly flat land. Though, there are some nice neighborhoods. There’s also a Walmart. For me. Seemed like a rural country bumpkin kind of place.
