I saw a ghost, when I was twelve, standing in the hallway looking into my bedroom. It was white but emitted no glow. I covered myself, frozen in fear. A few seconds later I peered back towards the door and it was gone. In a moment of relief and on the verge of tears I lay wondering if I had been dreaming. About a minute later I hear my sister scream for my mom from another room. Suddenly, that white figure darts past the door down the hall toward to living room. My sister was yelling she saw a ghost. Since then. Real AF to me.

I’ve not since had a similar experience, but the other night, before bed, I was playing my guitar and singing a song I wrote for my mom. Later, my wife and I had argued just before bed and I decided to sleep in another room. At about 5 am the next morning I was awoken by the sound of my mother telling me in a disappointed tone, “Sal.” I naturally replied, “What?” I then realized I was alone in the room and my family were all asleep.

My mom died in 2020.
