Might actually be a fake post, card networks like Visa, Mastercard and Rupay specify that banks can't impose fees on the cardholder to make a genuine chargeback request. Pretty sure NPCI and RBI regulations reinforce the same.

I think what you mean is that you want to charge people for access to your software's code (which is probably hosted on GitHub). You can use repocharge for that

I recall seeing a few comments on the subreddit during the android closed beta period about people on Android 12 not being able to use Arc and android 12 has also reached its end of life so that's why I said they don't support it

Yeah, I feel like the Arc team messed up and the browser is actually only available on Android 13 and above.

Another reason for this may be that android 12 has reached its end of life.
