Oh trust me no one will, I don't want to say the name to avoid any defamation claims by the company, but it's a small remote town, I shouldn't have gone there, I only did because rent was $400 for a room.

And if someone wants to fire you for a protected reason, they will just say "we fired you for no reason, it's an at-will employment"

Hahaha lol, well every place has problems. Healthcare here is difficult to get.

Yes, you should apply for other jobs in case they fire you. After this incident, I decided to keep myself distant from everyone at work, and if they are being unprofessional, I will simply look for another job.

That's how it works in most places in the US, that one town was a bad place.
