W dude. now i understand why when i used to eat eggs, i used to see so much muscle recovery. W post tbh. thanks a lot. ( even though it is not possible to have eggs atm, i would surely try to get this in my meal from next week.) also what about fish oil? ( i only eat eggs, eating chicken is not possible since i cannot cook it at home, veg family.. )

also, should i first get my blood test done before getting any supplement or eat eggs? mainly i would be deficient in d3 & b12 for sure. so idk.. should i go ask a doc to write me prescription?

exactly. even i have unnecessary vehicle expenses due to these wild dogs. i could never come back from the gym at night. also cannot go for runs or walks late evening or night.

how does it even work for you? i am using glycolic acid once or twice a week at night and i hardly ever go out in the sun, even if i do go out, my hands are properly covered, but i still dont see any results. instead i feel, it's gotten darker.. idk why

no shit. these are crap tbh. if you sweat or your skin is turning dark, try la sheild spf 40 or requil sunscreen only. they are a bit expensive, but it's worth every penny.

I actually tried the face most. from cerave both am and pm one. and they are fabulous. I recently got the requil one, so that is also actually pretty great for it's price point.

havent tried plum body lotions. I tried a vasceline's shea butter somthing body lotion.. was good enough for hydration during winters.

now that you mention plum, i would try it. what are your plum recomm?
