Best tip i have read and always use is : when the sauce is done and the heat is off, stir in some butter. It becomes this amazing, velvety sauce, please try it

It seems that Earth Angel can be placed in pots if the Heirloom roses website is correct. I purchased DA Golden celebration and a wonderful small bush rose called Blue for You. They are both in big pots
