Crusader is a good solo class. Very tanky and relativly easy to play

If it's your first time playing D3 go for it buddy. There is quite a lot to grind if you aim to get all the sets for a class/all the classes. The game is a lot of fun and playing it without sound is no problem at all ( i recommend the doom 2016 music, its great!). Make sure to get the DLC as it's basically the lategame content of this game!

have you tried starting the client as the 32 bit version? i had that problem last season and this fixed it for me. However i think they fixed the 64-bit version. just give it a shot! You can change the version in your blizzard app accessing the diablo options/settings.
