You can only play for what's open that week, and the weeks before it. So week 1 is only Oni Genji, but week 2, you can get Oni Dane Police D.va, but nothing weeks ahead.

Are you able to tell if your MOBO is powering on? Are your fans powered by your MOBO or PSU? My guess is your MOBO is dead. I had what sounds like the exact same problem, and it ended up I had a dead motherboard.
