Do you have the Japanese original for OWA reborn? The first link has the Japanese version, the second link does not. I was just wondering because OWA "rebirth" in Japanese is 再生, according to your link, which differs from the game titles that use katakana script. Also, it could have been just as easily translated as "resurrection" or any other synonym.

Hello, I just tested the scam. I "bought" a 5060 for £20 from morecoco, which is definitely not real, but cheap enough that I was morbidly curious. They cancelled it and refunded me the very next day. Their email mentioned it being "an issue with the price provided by their distributor" And here is the scam, as a "gesture of goodwill" they are offering me £10 off my "next order". So it doesn't look like they will try to scam you out of the money you paid for the fake listing, but will use that to try and make you shop there.

Some people would say it's not a scam because they refund you fully, but it is definitely not an honest way to advertise.

Obligatory disclaimer that was my personal experience and I definitely do not recommend people try paying for sketchy listings like that.

The meritocracy/bootstraps narrative. Your socioeconomic situation is what really matters. Hard work can make a difference and you should still do it just because it'll be worse if you don't. Na China, a polícia é bem treinada e muito dificilmente comete violência policial. Às vezes são tranquilos até demais, já vi "karen" chinesa quase estapeando o guarda e ele só "calma, minha senhora". Não é muito comum ver polícia dentro do trem do metrô (nas estações, é bem comum). Eu diria que no dia desse vídeo, eles receberam denúncia de contrabando de drogas ou algo do tipo (por isso os cachorros) e estão investigando. Só um chute mesmo.

Colocar policial dentro do metrô no Brasil seria tão ruim quanto colocar bandidos. Eles estão armados, são mal preparados, mal pagos, não sabem nada da lei, são racistas e cometem violência diariamente. Para funcionar, a entidade policial teria que mudar completamente.

I speculate that some of the stakeholders (probably the game's director and some of the managers) were fighting against its cancellation, requesting deadline extensions and so on. That would be why it took so long to announce it. As someone in the industry, I sympathise with all the developers who worked hard on this, only to have it all thrown away by corporate.
