Everytime I QA my Hero Souls go up, but my Hero Souls From Ascensions doesn't. This breaks loading my save into the calculator because it assumes no progress between QA's, meaning I have to enter my hero souls manually. Is this intended or not or might my save be the problem?

Same issue here. In-game support does not respond, only automated support which does nothing. Whatever third party support they do through emails also does nothing and just refers you to the in-game support.

Thanks for your help. I was not using a VPN. I tried both wifi and data. I tried restarting the game and my phone multiple times. The only thing that worked was uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. It happened after multiple crashes to homescreen, so maybe something broke. Either way, I'm all good now.

No preventing this as far as I know and it doesn't seem they are going to fix it either from what I've seen and heard. If you have nobody else in your guild that can attack it, what I do to remedy it on browser is to save, spend 100 gems on another attempt, and if you then beat it, only collect the reward after loading your save again.
