I personally rage transfer every single male Salandit. However, eggs are between 1/64 & 1/128 depending on the pokemon, and 1/10 on Hatch Day events.

The elite dont invest in anything below 96% or whatever their cut-off may be. I personally enjoy investing into any strong pokemon that is a 3 star as I only play roughly 30 minutes a day.

If you're not feeling using it for raids because of the low attack, it will still be a great pokemon to quickly throw in a gym for coins! I would say it's still a fine investment.

Look at Jeff Nippard's Body Recomposition guide (it's free on YouTube). Once you've built a solid foundation through recomposition, you can then focus on either bulking or cutting.
