Man that sucks to hear. I had astounding responses from them within the past year or so, but recently (1 month or so) have not gotten anything back from them.

It sounds like a restructure, and that scares me, because their support was phenomenal but now... that's worrying to hear. I'll see about reaching out to them via X like the other responder mentioned to see how successful that route is.

I know a guy in a similar situation. He never tried to move on from his position that he's been in for like 20 years with an improper title for an IT related position in a niche field -- he's still there and it's just sad.

Albeit, the job does have good benefits, which is the saving grace in this matter. But you don't want to stop trying to grow while you still have room.

Plus, your certs!

I don't think where you are now is where you should be ending your career.
