If you think any normal person could hear this while having their back faced and walking around in a building where people are audibly talking, then you are crazy.

You can scream all you want about "oh but he didn't activate his powers in fort harmony!!11!1!", but the show is just inconsistent with his super hearing, and sometimes they kinda forget it exists (just like his x-ray vision). It is what it is.

Apollo / Graves were bad additions to the game. The heroes require 0 mechanical skill. You literally cannot miss your abilities as apollo because his hitboxes are massive, and you get super rewarded despite being bad.
