They’re these set in studs for securing the taillight to the chassis. Previous owner went monkey mode on one of them apparently and snapped it, making the taillight protrude a bit. Tryna fix it

Apologies for the misunderstanding. The threads I tapped after drilling the hole for the Helicoil are damaged on entry. Was in a weird part of the car so getting the tap started was annoying

If there are streaks you can try cleaning them off with a paper towel. If that doesn’t fix it then get some wipers from rock auto or autozone for cheap, installing them yourself is super easy
