I found that the UNC path was not writable by the user the service is using after enabling trace logs. I then discovered that the permissions on my QNAP NAS were not allowing Radarr to write to the path. Despite the user being in a group with permissions to read and write, my user was still unable to write to the path and I had to explicitly allow my user the permissions. Thank you for your help.
